Hi and welcome to Therapy Cheltenham with Ben. If you’re reading this, it’s possible that things haven’t been feeling quite right lately. My name is Ben, and I’m here to support you on your journey toward feeling better, finding balance, and building a happier life.
I offer a warm, understanding, and down-to-earth approach to counselling. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out — that’s what therapy is for. Together, we’ll explore what’s been happening in your life, what’s been holding you back, and what steps can help you move forward with confidence and clarity. My aim is to create a safe, relaxed space where you can talk freely, without any judgment.
I provide several types of counselling so that we can work in a way that suits you best:
- In-person counselling: Meet face-to-face in a private, comfortable setting in the Cheltenham area.
- Online counselling: Convenient and confidential sessions from your own space, ideal for busy schedules or those who prefer remote support.
- Walk and talk therapy: Sometimes it’s easier to open up while walking outdoors. Nature can help clear your mind and make conversations feel more natural and less pressured.
My working hours are flexible to fit around your life. I offer morning and evening sessions during the week and some availability on Saturdays. Currently, I have a few spaces open on Monday, Friday, and Saturday mornings, as well as Thursday evenings and some lunchtime slots midweek.
